This policy explains what Boardroom Financial LLC collects when you use profitwithleanne.com, why, and who else sees it. Boardroom Financial LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Profit with Leanne.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you choose to put in the business name, annual revenue range, and message fields. When you request the free Profit Shift audio series, we collect your first name and email address.

You decide what goes in the free-text fields. Please don't put anything in them you wouldn't want stored in an email marketing tool — account numbers, tax identifiers, or anything similar.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we receive technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived, and how long you stay. We use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog for this. PostHog also records interactions such as clicks and scrolling so we can see which parts of a page people actually read.

These tools set cookies or use similar browser storage. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site works without them.

How we use it

• To reply to you when you contact us.
• To deliver the free audio series and any product or service you ask for.
• To send email about our services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and it works.
• To understand which pages and campaigns work, in aggregate.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this business:

• Cloudflare — hosts this site and handles the contact form submission.
• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — our email platform. Form submissions are stored there.
• Zapier — routes audio series signups between systems.
• Google Analytics 4 — website analytics.
• PostHog — product and behaviour analytics.
• Vimeo — video hosting. Vimeo receives a request when a page with an embedded video loads.
• Hiro — delivers the Profit Shift audio series. Hiro has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply once you're in their app.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Other sites

shift.profitwithleanne.com and twonumbermethod.com are separate properties with their own policies. Links to other sites are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and subscriber records for as long as you're a subscriber or client, and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of it.
• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Block cookies in your browser, or use its Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reputable providers and encrypted connections, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email to subscribers.
