Leanne is the straight-shooting redhead who's been standing shoulder to shoulder with business owners for years — men and women who have serious questions about their business, their self-worth, and their ability to provide.
She knows the feeling firsthand. She once had a million-dollar year and couldn't make her mortgage payment. Her husband looked at her and asked a question she couldn't answer. That moment — the shame, the fear, the realization that effort alone wasn't enough — changed everything.
She rebuilt. She figured out the system. And then she started teaching it — first to a few clients, then to hundreds. General contractors, manufacturers, restaurant owners, chiropractors, barbers, dentists, landscapers — you name it, she's done it.
Her style is warm authority. She validates before she directs. She names what you're feeling before she tells you what to do. She earns the right to be blunt by first proving she understands.
Tim Heeter
Co-Founder & Head of Strategy
Tim is the strategic and operational force behind Boardroom Financial. He handles the systems, the technology, the marketing, and the infrastructure that makes Leanne's method accessible to business owners everywhere.
While Leanne works directly with owners on their numbers, Tim builds the platforms, designs the product ecosystem, and ensures every piece of the Profit Shift experience — from the free audio series to the Boardroom — runs smoothly and serves the mission.
His background spans digital marketing, brand strategy, and business development. He brings a builder's mindset to a financial services company — always asking how to make the method simpler, the onboarding faster, and the results more accessible.
Together with Leanne, he's built a product ladder that meets business owners where they are — whether that's a free audio series or CFO-level direction at the Boardroom level.
