These terms govern your use of profitwithleanne.com and the free materials offered here. Boardroom Financial LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Profit with Leanne. By using this site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

What we do

Boardroom Financial LLC provides business financial education, coaching, and CFO-level advisory services to business owners. That includes free materials such as The Profit Shift audio series, paid educational products such as The Two-Number Method, and one-to-one and group engagements.

This is education, not licensed advice

Everything we publish and teach is general business education. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by using this site, reading our material, or buying a product.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, CPA firm, or law firm. Before acting on anything you learn here, talk to a qualified professional who knows your specific situation.

Results are not guaranteed

The outcomes described on this site are real results reported by specific business owners. They are individual experiences, not averages, and not a promise of what you will achieve.

What you get out of any method depends on your business, your market, your finances, and how consistently you apply it. We make no guarantee of any financial result, and nothing here should be read as one.

Purchases

Paid products and services are sold through their own checkout pages, each with its own terms presented at the point of purchase. Those terms govern that transaction. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time; a change never affects a purchase already made.

Refunds

Where a product is advertised with a 30-day guarantee, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing hello@profitwithleanne.com. You do not need to give a reason.

Coaching and advisory engagements are governed by the agreement signed for that engagement.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account with us or a delivery partner, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Don't use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape it by automated means without written permission.

Our content

All content on this site — text, graphics, audio, video, course materials, the Two-Number Method, and the Profit Shift materials — is owned by Boardroom Financial LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Buying a product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business. It does not let you resell, redistribute, republish, or teach it as your own. You may quote short passages with attribution.

Your content

Anything you send us — questions, testimonials, feedback — you give us permission to use in our materials and marketing. We'll never publish something you've asked us to keep private. Tell us and we'll honour it.

Third-party services and links

We use third parties to deliver our services, including Hiro for the audio series and separate checkout providers for paid products. Their terms apply to their services. Links to other sites are for convenience and are not endorsements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boardroom Financial LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of your use of this site or our materials. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site or our services at any time if you breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that venue.

Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your own state that cannot be waived by agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
